Take to the streets of Hartford to uncover the fascinating history of sports in the city from ballooning to bicycles, boxing to baseball, and so much more, beginning in the Butler-McCook Garden on this new walk for the 2024 season.

Advance registration is required. This program is part of our Historic Hartford Walking Tours series, where we forge new paths through Hartford’s history!
Please wear comfortable walking shoes and dress for the weather, as this program will take place outdoors. In case of severe weather, the program will proceed at 10:00 am on Sunday, May 5. Registrants will be notified at the email address on file.
