| Description | Located at the juncture of the Little River and the Connecticut River, Hartford’s downtown includes numerous historic bridges and walkways. Explore the unique histories of these landmarks and engineering marvels, including the Little River Bridge, Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Arch, the Bulkeley Bridge, and the G. Fox walkway, among others.
Advance registration is required. This program is part of our Historic Hartford Walking Tours series, where we forge new paths through Hartford’s history!
Please wear comfortable walking shoes and dress for the weather, as this program will take place outdoors. In case of cancellation due to severe weather, registrants will be notified at the email address on file.
